Those who excel in this role have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales expectations with consultative closing experience. Able to handle high volume outbound calls, all leads will be provided! The right candidate is polished with strong & effective interpersonal & verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with UHNW/HNW individuals including career professionals and entrepreneurs. Success in this role is being strategic, compassionate, a positive influencer, and a resourceful self-starter who will compete with themselves while collaborating with their team members. Not afraid of hard work or asking for the sale in order to reap the reward, this creative thinker wants to constantly learn and improve themselves and believes in IJL Select’s mission and vision. Our top inside salespeople are money motivated while caring about client success. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this Inside Salesperson include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct dynamic sales calls with potential as well as previous clients (70 – 80 calls per day)
  • Evaluate, interview clients, and enroll new clients through our consultative sales process
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPI
  • Manage client’s dating experience through matching and feedback
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimal 2 years of sales experience with 1 year minimum at the same company that includes phone or door-to-door sales experience
  • Thrives in a combination of remote and in-office sale environment 
  • High volume outbound dialer 
  • Comfortable on a performance-based commission structure
  • Money motivated with a desire to make over six figures

The Right Candidate may have:

  • Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle 
  • Intangible or luxury product sales experience (experience with dating service sales,  high-end retail, weight loss programs, travel, radio advertising, recruiting, gym membership, tanning salon, laser hair removal, med-spa, etc.)

Compensation: Your hard work and professional dedication will be rewarded with a competitive compensation structure and excellent benefits. First-year earnings of a base rate, uncapped commission structure, and bonus opportunities combined for a total compensation range starting at $70-$120K, depending on performance.

Schedule:  Flexible schedule with a minimum of 40 hours/week– allowing opportunities of days/hours covering M-Su, depending on business needs.

Flexible Remote Work Opportunity: IJL Select team members benefit from having the flexibility of working remotely or having the option to work from our local offices.  All remote work environments are required to be equipped with high-speed internet (meet bandwidth requirements), and a conducive environment that allows for privacy, quiet, good lighting, and is appropriate to attend a team or client video meetings. An employee is responsible for all related home office expenses.
